Judy Weber, the founder CEO of the company brings years of past experience and credibility to the business.

The Winning Business Systems Programme was conceptualised 16 years ago from Judy's business experiences at grassroots level. Since its developemnt it has been successfully implemented as a sustainable programme in a large number of communities from previously disadvantaged backgrounds.

Judy believes it is only when individuals discover their self-worth, that the passion and talent for business can be unleashed.
