Winning Business Systems (WBS) is a South African based consulting and training company, specializing in entrepreneurship, business skills and rural development projects.

Vision

To equip women from historically disadvantaged areas with the necessary business skills, knowledge, and experience to become self-earning and to start and run their own sustainable businesses.

Key Objectives

• To ensure that the women undergoing training will have access to a certificate that will enable them a qualification and be susceptible to future employment and/or credits towards their studies.
• Create an enabling environment for women in which they can grow and become successful in their own business enterprises.
• Promote and support women's self-employment and the development of small enterprises, and to strengthen women's access to credit and loans.
• To promote incremental development whereby rural women break out of the survival and poverty mode and set their sights on development and growth towards small and medium-size status.
• To offer a professional and personal service in the efficient delivery of quality training and consulting.
